Role Description This full-time Développeur React confirmé, design system role is based in Massy in a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with opportunities to work from home. The React Developer will design, build, and maintain a scalable design system, developing reusable components and front-end architectures aligned with brand and UX guidelines. Daily responsibilities include implementing interfaces in React, collaborating closely with designers and product teams, and ensuring consistency, performance, and accessibility across digital products. The role also involves reviewing code, contributing to technical documentation, performing technical research, and participating in continuous improvement of development practices and tools. The successful candidate will work within cross-functional teams to support digital transformation projects and deliver high-quality, maintainable front-end solutions. Qualifications Strong front-end development experience with React, including component-based architecture and design systems. Graphics and Graphic Design skills to translate UI/UX concepts into coherent, visually consistent components. Research skills to evaluate front-end technologies, design patterns, and best practices for scalable design systems. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling (build tools, testing frameworks, version control). Experience working in agile or hybrid teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to write clean, documented, and testable code, with attention to performance and accessibility. Professional experience in digital transformation, customer experience, or large-scale web platforms is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
