Front-End Developer (Professional working proficiency in English)

该职位来源于猎聘 Position: Front-End Developer Location: Shanghai Experience: Senior Level Reporting line: Lead Developer We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer who can take ownership of complex digital projects from technical discovery through implementation, launch, and production support. You will work across WeChat Mini Programs, H5 experiences, React / Next.js applications, Astro websites, and interactive digital products, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, back-end developers, QA, and clients. We are looking for someone who combines strong hands-on development skills with technical judgment, autonomy, and ownership. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES -Architect, build, and maintain high-quality front-end applications across Web, H5, and WeChat Mini Programs. -Own features and projects from technical definition and estimation through implementation, deployment, and production support. -Translate design and business requirements into pragmatic, maintainable technical solutions. -Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver polished interfaces with a high degree of visual and interaction fidelity. -Make sound architectural decisions and identify technical risks early. -Review code and help maintain strong engineering standards across projects. -Mentor junior and mid-level developers and help the team solve difficult technical problems. -Collaborate directly with project teams and clients when technical input is required. -Improve performance, SEO, accessibility, testing, and maintainability across our projects. -Use modern AI-assisted development tools effectively while remaining fully responsible for the quality, security, and correctness of the code you ship. IDEAL PROFILE Must Have: -5+ years of professional front-end development experience, or equivalent experience delivering complex production applications. -Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. -Solid production experience with Next.js and/or Astro. -Professional experience developing and debugging WeChat Mini -Programs is essential. -Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, browser APIs, and modern front-end architecture. -Experience with Git, code review, automated testing, CI/CD, and production deployments. -Ability to understand and evolve existing codebases independently. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. -Experience using modern AI coding tools for development, debugging, testing, refactoring, or codebase exploration. -Ability to critically review AI-generated code rather than accepting it blindly. -Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. -Professional working proficiency in English. Nice to Have: -Experience with Taro, WeCom, WeChat Official Accounts, Open Platform, or WeChat Pay. -Experience with Three.js, WebGL, animation, creative coding, AR/VR, or interactive experiences. -Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps. -Experience building reusable component libraries or design systems. -Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or fast-moving multi-project environment
