Your main responsibilities: Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Conduct refactoring and architecture enhancements while maintaining simple, clean design principles. Collaborate effectively through pair programming, daily standups, code reviews, and sprint activities. Design and maintain resilient architectures supporting scalability and high performance. Develop backend solutions using Python and Django framework aligned with business needs. You're ideal for this role if you have: 9+ years of proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on backend development. Expertise in Python, Django framework, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD tools, refactoring, and clean architecture. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills with an autonomous work approach. Experience working in agile environments and fostering continuous learning. It is a strong plus if you have: Certifications in related fields or additional technical training. Language required for the role: Fluent English. B2 French.
