Senior Java Developer

Senior Java / Spring Boot Developer Location: Luxembourg – 3 days onsite per week Responsibilities Develop, maintain, test and deploy Spring Boot web portals, applications, components and libraries using Java and the Spring framework. Collaborate with team leads, tech leads, business analysts, developers and other testers to understand requirements and ensure consistency and coherence. Deploy and monitor applications in on-premise and cloud-based containerised environments. Requirements Bachelor's Degree. 7+ years of relevant backend development experience. Technology Stack Java 17 (preferably Java 21 or higher). Spring Framework 6.x or higher & Spring Boot 3.x or higher. JPA / Hibernate. Web services (REST, SOAP). Asynchronous communication using event streaming (Kafka). JUnit / TestNG. Mockito or a similar mocking framework. DevOps: Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps). Containers: Docker. Cloud technologies (preferably Azure). Authentication / Authorisation using OIDC / OAuth. Would Be a Big Plus Full-stack web development experience with a JavaScript framework, preferably React.
