Python Developer

We are looking for a mid-level Python developer with strong software-engineering fundamentals and experience building production backend systems. You should be comfortable designing, testing, and maintaining Python applications independently, while using LLM-assisted coding tools critically and responsibly. Responsibilities Build asynchronous Python services and FastAPI-based APIs Design modular, loosely coupled components with clear responsibilities Integrate databases, APIs, and external services Develop agentic applications using frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK or Pydantic AI Write type-safe, well-tested, maintainable code Containerize services using Docker Review both human-written and AI-generated code Required Experience Strong Python and asyncio knowledge Experience with FastAPI and API design Modular design, separation of concerns, and loose coupling Database integration and connector experience Python type annotations and static type checking Unit testing with pytest Modern Python tooling such as uv, ruff, mypy, or pyright Docker and microservice fundamentals Git and collaborative development workflows Agentic AI Experience Experience with an agent framework such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Pydantic AI, or LangGraph Understanding of tool calling, structured outputs, context management, guardrails, and evaluation Experience using AI-assisted coding tools Ability to assess AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, and architectural fit Nice to Have Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or document databases Familiarity with SQLAlchemy or asynchronous database drivers Experience with MCP, A2A, or similar AI integration protocols Familiarity with LLM observability platforms and CI/CD pipelines Benefits Competitive remuneration package Health insurance Pension Scheme Flexi time, hybrid work Friendly office environment (pool table, darts board and gaming corner) Daily catered lunch, sodas, coffee, snacks, etc.
