Generative AI Developer (Python & FastAPI)

We are looking for a Generative AI Developer to join a team focused on building AI-powered assistants for Helpdesk, Back Office, and Human Resources functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with modern backend technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend solutions for AI assistants. Design and implement secure and efficient APIs for data and service integration. Ensure application quality, performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate closely with frontend teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality user experience. Integrate AI-driven functionalities to enhance the intelligence and effectiveness of digital assistants. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your Profile: Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development using Python , including frameworks such as FastAPI . Strong experience in designing and implementing REST APIs . Solid knowledge of Git , Docker , Kubernetes , and PostgreSQL . Experience with AI integration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph is highly valued. Familiarity with Agile development practices . Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) , Machine Learning concepts, and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure , will be considered a strong plus. Previous experience within the banking sector is desirable. Professional proficiency in English. Professional proficiency in French (Nice to Have). Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
