Must Have: 8+ years of software development experience Strong React.js, TypeScript & JavaScript Strong HTML5 & CSS3 Frontend architecture & reusable component design Redux / state management REST APIs and/or GraphQL Git, CI/CD & automated testing Experience with enterprise-scale, scalable and high-performing applications Strong technical leadership, code reviews & mentoring experience Preferred: Next.js, micro-frontends, monorepos or design systems Node.js Azure / Azure DevOps Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes GitHub Actions Key Responsibilities: Lead frontend architecture and technical direction Develop scalable, secure and accessible React applications Mentor frontend engineers and conduct code reviews Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, Backend and DevOps teams Drive engineering quality, performance and maintainability
