Java Software Engineer

Total Experience Must have 6-8 years of IT experience. Prefer candidates with at least 5 years of hands-on Java backend development experience. Core Technical Skills Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Java 8/11/17/21). Deep understanding of Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Exception Handling, JVM, Design Patterns, and OOP concepts. Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices & API Skills Experience designing and developing Microservices. Strong REST API development and integration experience. Knowledge of API Gateway, Service Discovery, Configuration Management. SOAP services exposure is an advantage Database Skills Hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Messaging & Integration Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ/MQ. Experience in Event-Driven Architecture Good to have skills: Apache Camel, CI/CD Pipelines, Monitoring Tools like Splunk, Grafana or Geneos. Knowledge of tools like Jira Confluence Bitbucket Recent Project Eligibility (Most Important) Worked as Java Backend Developer / Senior Developer / Tech Lead. Developed enterprise-scale applications. Built microservices-based solutions. Designed or integrated REST APIs. Used Spring Boot as primary framework. Participated in architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD Preferred Domain Experience Banking, Payments, Financial Services, Digital Banking, or Enterprise Applications. Leadership & Delivery Experience mentoring junior developers. Participation in Agile/Scrum projects. Technical ownership of modules/features.
