Python Developer (Middle/Senior)

Responsibilities Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with functional logic Building reusable code and libraries for AI application Implementation of security and data protection Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability Working closely and communicating well with the team to brainstorm concepts, collaborate within and across teams and drive tasks to completion, propose optimal solutions to perform requirements Continuously updating knowledge, researching new technologies to apply in the company's work and product development. Participate in planning meetings and provide reasonable estimates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science Have at least 3 years of experience in Python (Django, FastAPI) Familiar with TypeScript/JavaScript and Nodejs Strong in computer science fundamentals such as algorithm design, problem-solving and complexity analysis Good understanding of asynchronous development Familiarity with databases: MySQL, Postgre, MongoDB Experience with docker, kubernetes Have a solid understanding of the entire software development life cycle Have excellent analytical problem-solving skills Have the ability to learn quickly and manage yourself independently Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, or equivalent. Able to leverage AI throughout the SDLC : requirements analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, code review, refactoring, documentation, and technical research.   Nice to have: Experience using AWS/Azure/GCP (Cognito, Amplify,...) Familiarity with high-performance language Elixir, Haskell, Clojure, Scala, Rust, C++ or F# is a plus Experience with Opensearch Skilled knowledge of code versioning tools (Github, Gitlab, Git) and CI/CD. Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies Fluent in English A basic understanding of what AI is and a keen interest in AI.
