Mid & Senior Back-end Developers | Python/Django

We're looking for Mid and Senior Back-end Developers to join our engineering team and build the core backend systems behind products such as KYC, KYB, age estimation and fraud prevention . You'll work on real SaaS products, solve complex backend challenges, and have genuine ownership over what you build and ship in a sprint-based environment. Our products combine AI-powered technologies with scalable, API-driven solutions to help businesses worldwide verify identities, prevent fraud and build safer digital experiences across a range of industries. 🎯 What You'll Do Day to Day: Develop and maintain back-end services using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework Work on our identity verification system and subsystems - from design to deployment Work with databases (MySQL, DynamoDB) and background tasks using Celery and Redis Write clean, tested code (Pytest) and take part in code reviews Collaborate with the team in a sprint-based scrum process Use AI tools like Claude in your daily development work - writing, testing, and reviewing code faster Share ideas on improving our coding practices, standards, and tools Help less experienced teammates grow through code reviews and support ✅ Requirements: Solid experience with Python and Django (Django REST Framework) Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, or similar) Experience writing tests with Pytest Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD Comfortable (or interested in) using AI coding assistants like Claude as part of your workflow Good written English Experience with machine learning or ML-related development (nice to have) 🚀What we offer: A hybrid and very flexible work model – while we enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we truly value the energy and creativity that come from working together in the office.
