Software Engineer - Full Stack

About The Role The Software Engineer - Full Stack role builds and operates user-facing web products and the backend services that power them. The team works across React and TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js, Python, or similar technologies on the backend, with ownership spanning APIs, data models, integrations, and production reliability. You will help turn product requirements into fast, maintainable experiences used by real customers. The role requires strong judgment across the stack: choosing practical architectures, designing intuitive interfaces, and delivering services that remain secure, observable, and reliable as usage grows. Key Responsibilities Build responsive product experiences with React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and accessible UI patterns Design and implement backend services and REST or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, or a comparable server-side framework Model and optimize application data in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases; use Redis or equivalent systems where appropriate Integrate third-party services, authentication providers, analytics, and event-driven workflows into production applications Own features from technical design through deployment, monitoring, iterative improvement, and operational support Improve engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and documented development practices Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to break ambiguous problems into clear milestones and measurable outcomes What We Are Looking For 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including meaningful ownership of both frontend and backend systems Strong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript and React, including component design, state management, performance, and frontend testing Professional experience building backend services with Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or a comparable language and framework Hands-on experience designing APIs, working with PostgreSQL or another relational database, and applying sound data modeling principles Experience deploying and operating applications in a cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with familiarity with Docker and CI/CD workflows Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, mobile or responsive product development, event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, distributed systems, or observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry
