Junior Python Developer

We are looking for a Python Developer with strong hands-on AI experience to join a project focused on building an AI-driven document analysis platform using LLMs, RAG architectures and multi-agent workflows . The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of scalable AI solutions, with a strong focus on document processing, retrieval, structured AI agents and evaluation. Key Responsibilities Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, RAG and AI Agents . Design provider-agnostic interfaces for LLMs and embedding models . Build document ingestion pipelines including PDF parsing, OCR, chunking, metadata tagging, embeddings and vector indexing . Develop hybrid semantic and keyword-based retrieval mechanisms. Implement AI agents with structured inputs and outputs. Work with vector databases, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation . Develop evaluation frameworks covering retrieval quality, classification accuracy, citation validity and prompt performance. Ensure scalability, explainability, security and data-residency compliance . Produce technical documentation and collaborate with technical SMEs and stakeholders. Required Skills 3–5 years of professional experience in software development. Strong Python development skills. Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies is mandatory. Practical experience with: LLMs RAG AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems Embeddings Vector Databases Prompt Engineering LLM Evaluation Document processing / OCR Experience with AI security, governance and technical documentation. Good English communication skills. European citizenship is mandatory.
