[VMO] Senior Java Software Engineer (English)

JOB DUTIES Hands-on experience with Cloud-based systems and architectures. Lead the design and proposal of system architecture solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Actively participate in large-scale data processing and system optimization. Demonstrate a strong customer-oriented mindset, working directly with clients and serving as a technical point of contact. Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to customers. JOB REQUIREMENTS 5+ years’ experience in developing Java Backend Proficient in English communication (Upper-Intermediate level or above). Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, CIDR, NAT, OSI model). Solid knowledge of Java concurrency and multithreading concepts. Good understanding of Java Garbage Collection mechanisms. Proficient in Java Stream API, Lambda expressions, and Functional Interfaces. Understand how to build and reuse components in Vue / Angular / React. Solid knowledge of state management in Vue / React / Angular. Ability to design complex RESTful APIs with requirements such as paging, rate limiting, and filtering. Understand and implement API monitoring, caching, and load balancing strategies. Proficient in using Spring Data JPA for data querying. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with transaction management in Spring Data. Proficient in using at least one NoSQL database in application development. Solid understanding of advanced SQL concepts (subqueries, views, joins, indexes, etc.). Ability to clearly explain ACID principles and their purpose. Experience in SQL query optimization for performance improvement. Clear understanding of SQL transactions (purpose, lifecycle, and behavior). Basic understanding of EC2 (AWS) or equivalent services on GCP/Azure. Understanding of Object Storage concepts (e.g., Amazon S3). Hands-on experience working with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Strong understanding and practical application of SOLID principles. Experience using aggregation and projection when querying data in NoSQL databases. Ability to analyze logs effectively and identify root causes using logs (CloudWatch, /var/log, etc.). Good understanding of application security risks and prevention methods (XSS, CSRF, Injection). Ability to explain and implement authorization models such as RBAC and ABAC. Understanding of and experience with unit testing and integration testing. Familiarity with common design patterns used in application development (Proxy, Visitor, etc.). Strong understanding of microservices architecture and inter-service communication. Proficient in using Docker for containerized applications. Experience working with Redis and Kafka in system and application design. Experience mentoring and guiding junior/mid-level developers. Strong ability to present technical topics clearly and logically. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
