AI/LLM Engineer

Location: Munich, Germany (Onsite)

Work Policy: 100 % on-site, 5 days per week (no remote)

Tasks

Design and build LLM-powered agentic systems end-to-end

Build retrieval and context pipelines (RAG, hybrid search, structured retrieval)

Develop evaluation and monitoring systems for AI performance

Build scalable pipelines for unstructured data

Implement automated feedback pipelines for AI learning

Own architecture and reliability of AI systems

Collaborate with engineers for product integration

Requirements

Proven track record of architecting and building AI/LLM-powered systems in production

Experience with designing systems for unstructured data processing

Experience in developing evaluation and feedback loops for AI performance

High commitment to work and productivity in fast-paced settings
