Senior DevOps Engineer - Azure & Terraform

Role Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure, DevOps, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Scripting , with a passion for automation, infrastructure reliability, deployment efficiency, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments. Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules, remote state management, and workspace strategies. Write and maintain automation scripts using Scripting technologies such as Bash and Python for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks. Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, and identity/access management configurations. Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes. Implement automated deployment practices to improve release consistency, reliability, and auditability. Monitor infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability, system performance, and rapid incident response. Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines, including secrets management and vulnerability scanning. Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release processes and improve developer productivity. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime. Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and operational runbooks to support team-wide knowledge sharing. Required Skills Proficient Azure DevOps Terraform Docker Kubernetes Scripting Experience 4–5 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering role. Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Experience managing cloud infrastructure and deployment automation. Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and collaboration skills.
