Senior Java Software Engineer

Technical Skills Have 5 years experience in core system development using Java Spring Boot . Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and secure backend implementation. Deep understanding of Spring Security , batch processing concepts, and secure configuration practices. Expertise in messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis . Solid understanding of microservices architecture , distributed systems, and high-performance backend development. Proficient with containers & orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI). Familiarity with Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Experience in Logging & Monitoring using ELK Stack, Splunk , or similar platforms. Ability to write and perform unit testing , debugging, and troubleshooting production issues. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to coding and documentation. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Strong ownership mentality, willingness to standby for urgent troubleshooting when needed.
