Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and improve dashboards Refresh recurring reports and support monthly reporting processes Respond to ad hoc data requests from business partners Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand reporting needs Continuously improve reporting processes and data quality Qualifications (Required & Preferred): 0–2 years of experience in data analytics (internships welcomed!) Strong Excel skills Experience with Tableau (preferred) or Power BI Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment High integrity and professionalism when working with confidential information Location: Remote (Preference for candidates located in NY, NJ, or CT for occasional in-person onboarding and team meetings).
