Lead I - Software Engineering- Java Backend

Role Description Senior Back-End DeveloperJob Overview We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join a product engineering team responsible for building scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on backend development, system integration, and solution delivery. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions. Work across cloud and on-premises environments. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes. Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps best practices. Technology Stack Backend: Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Go, REST APIs, WebSockets Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Testing: JUnit, Mockito, JaCoCo, SonarQube Messaging: Solace CI/CD: GitHub, Maven, TeamCity, Azure, GCP Frontend (Reference): React, TypeScript Must-Have Skills 7+ years of software development experience. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL databases. Experience building REST APIs and backend applications. Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production support. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Go, REST APIs, and WebSockets. Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Experience with JUnit, Mockito, JaCoCo, and SonarQube. Experience with Solace messaging. Experience with GitHub, Maven, and TeamCity. Experience working across Azure, GCP, cloud, and on-premises environments. Good-to-Have Skills Experience in enterprise application development. Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
