IT Operations Analyst

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and ensure the availability of production and testing environments Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve operational alerts, incidents, and service disruptions Investigate and resolve L1 and L2 automation failures, ensuring timely recovery of services Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs Participate in the management and coordination of major incidents, escalating issues when required Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement Create, review, and maintain operational procedures and knowledge base documentation Work according to ITIL best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and development teams to ensure service reliability and stability Participate in on-call and 24/7 shift rotations to support business-critical services Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, Infrastructure Support, or a similar role Good knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms Experience working with Jira and ITIL-based processes Experience managing incidents, changes, and service requests in production environments Good understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Good command of English Availability to work in a 24/7 shift schedule Strong analytical mindset, sense of ownership, and proactive attitude Nice to Have Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation Knowledge of networking fundamentals Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices Experience in financial services or other mission-critical environments Benefits Technical guidance and continuous mentorship Participation in real-world projects Collaborative environment with a focus on professional growth Opportunity for career progression Hybrid work model: Porto office (3 days per month of home office) Salary range: 20k - 30k per year
