Python Programmer

We provide a fully integrated service for our clients to access the financial and commodity derivative markets and will continue to expand into key financial and commodity markets. We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, contributing to cutting-edge projects that drive business value and technological advancement. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and services with an emphasis on AI/ML integration. Implement, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Agent Development Kit (ADK, by Google), LangChain/LangSmith and/or Gradio, Streamlit Preprocess, analyze, and visualize data to support model development and decision-making. Optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, proposing innovative applications where appropriate. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a portfolio or examples of AI/ML projects. Strong proficiency in Python and its AI/ML ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.). Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Experience with Data Engineering, like basic ETL and data pipelining with Airflow/Dbt. Experience in scripting with Python for automations. Experience in Business Process Improvement/Digital Transformation projects. Practical experience with web scraping and browser automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience deploying ML models in production environments (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services like AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure ML). Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model monitoring, lifecycle management, and automation. Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL). Understanding of software engineering principles, APIs (REST, GraphQL), and microservices architecture. Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI/ML fields.
