Front End Developer

Job Title: Front-End Developer (React Native) Location: Remote Experience Required : 4+ Years About Role We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join their growing engineering team and help build modern mobile applications in a fast-paced startup-style environment. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy ownership, pace, problem-solving, and working closely with collaborative product and engineering teams to ship impactful products quickly.The team is looking for someone who is adaptable, curious, AI-forward in how they work, and excited to contribute beyond just writing code. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native Work with modern mobile architectures and client-side data management solutions Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams in an agile, fast-paced environment Implement realtime functionality and seamless responsive user experiences Contribute to scalable UI systems and reusable component libraries Quickly ramp up on existing codebases and contribute effectively from an early stage Leverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows to enhance productivity and delivery speed Take end-to-end ownership of features, from development through deployment and release Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with React Native for native mobile application development Experience with Expo or similar React Native development frameworks/tools Experience with client-side data management solutions such as WatermelonDB or similar Familiarity with realtime technologies such as WebSockets, Phoenix Channels, or equivalent Strong understanding of UI design systems and component-based architecture Preferred Experience: Exposure to Elixir/BEAM ecosystem Backend or full-stack development experience Strong adaptability and ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks Preferred Experience: Experience with Elixir/BEAM ecosystem is an added advantage Exposure to backend or full-stack development Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks Ideal Candidate Profile: Upper mid-level engineer with strong hands-on development expertise Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments with ownership and ambiguity Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and collaboration skills Able to contribute independently with minimal supervision Passionate about building high-quality products and continuously improving engineering workflows
