Data Analyst Python SQL BI - Private Equity

Data Analyst (Python SQL BI) London to £70k Are you a bright, ambitious Data Analyst who enjoys working with complex data and turning analysis into commercially valuable insight? You could be progressing your career at a founder led, high performance growth intelligence firm working with leading B2B technology companies and top tier Private Equity investors. With a strong US client base, you'll work at the intersection of pricing, FinTech, financial software, data and cyber. As a Data Analyst you'll work across the full project lifecycle, from pre-deal analysis and proposals through to client delivery, using data to solve complex commercial problems and influence senior decision-makers within a demanding, fast paced environment. Your role: Analyse, clean, match and test large, complex datasets Develop insightful analysis, visualisations and client ready outputs Identify data gaps and use creative approaches to source, enrich and transform data Support live deals, proposals and RFPs with commercially focused analysis Help develop and improve AI enabled analytical tools and agents Turn complex data into clear, compelling commercial insight Location: You'll be based in the Central London office Monday to Thursday, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Please note the working hours are 1000 - 1900 to accommodate US clients. About you: You're degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline You have commercial experience in data analysis or another high performance analytical environment You have strong Python and SQL skills You have experience with BI tools, Tableau or PowerBI preferred You have experience working with complex datasets and data transformation You have advanced problem solving skills and meticulous attention to detail You have strong communication, commercial awareness and data storytelling skills You're naturally curious, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast paced, high accountability environment What's in it for you: Salary to £70k Bonus (potentially up to 50%) Gain valuable finance experience Excellent career progression opportunities Apply now to find out more about this Data Analyst (Python SQL BI) opportunity.
