Senior/Lead Java Developer – Java 21 & Kafka 📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands | Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite 💼 10+ years experience Must Have: Java 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, Maven, NoSQL, Grafana & ELK Nice to Have: Neo4j, AI/Agent development, ING experience Role Expectations: Lead technical discussions and solve complex problems. Communicate technical concepts clearly to POs and BAs/CJEs. Mentor and guide junior developers and peers. Collaborate across squads on requirements and technical solutions. Drive technical decisions and contribute to solution design. Ideal Profile: Senior/Lead Java Developer with strong hands-on Java 21 + Spring Boot + Kafka experience and the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
