Senior Backend Engineer (Java)

Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications. Lead the entire software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define and implement new features and functionalities. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development. Proficiency in Java core technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate). Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
