We're building scalable ERP and BPM solutions on a modern open-source stack — and we're looking for developers who write clean, modular code and enjoy solving real business problems. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain backend modules using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate Work with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL databases Handle XML-based configurations and enterprise integrations Collaborate using Git, Eclipse/IntelliJ, and Linux-based environments Contribute to the evolution of our open-source ERP and BPM platform (Bonus) Apply your ERP/BPM experience — preferred, but not mandatory What We’re Looking For 1 to 5 years of experience in backend development Strong grasp of Java and backend frameworks (Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate) Experience with relational databases and build tools like Gradle Familiarity with GitHub, Linux, and modern development workflows Clear, structured coding style with attention to performance and maintainability Prior ERP/BPM platform experience is a plus — not a dealbreaker Nice to Have REST API development JSON, Maven, Jenkins, Tomcat/Jetty Basic JavaScript understanding Why Axelor?
