The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot , with practical experience in multithreading/concurrency concepts and a solid understanding of data structures . Exposure to Apache Spark at a basic-to-good level is also expected.You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications while contributing to technical problem-solving and delivering quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust Java/Spring Boot applications and services. Write clean, scalable, efficient, and maintainable code with emphasis on performance and reliability. Apply multithreading and concurrency concepts to solve real-world business and technical challenges. Utilize strong data structures and algorithm fundamentals to create optimized solutions. Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications. Follow coding standards, best practices, and software development processes. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of software development experience. Strong expertise in Core Java. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot. Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency concepts. Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Experience writing high-performance and scalable applications. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Nice To Have / Expected Skills Basic to good knowledge of Apache Spark (basic proficiency is sufficient). Understanding of distributed systems concepts is a plus. Exposure to performance tuning and optimization techniques. Preferred Candidate Profile Passion for writing clean and optimized code.
