As they modernise their engineering function, you'll help build secure, resilient cloud infrastructure that supports life-changing software, while introducing modern DevOps practices, automation and AI-assisted engineering. This is more than keeping the lights on. You'll influence how engineering is done, help shape technical direction and play a key role in delivering technology that has a real impact on people's lives. Full SC Clearance required. Up to £65,000 + Benefits Hybrid – Leicestershire (Tuesday & Wednesday onsite) Due to the location, you must have a full UK driving license. What you'll be doing Designing, building and evolving secure AWS cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code. Developing robust CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, safer software delivery. Embedding DevSecOps principles and security tooling throughout the development lifecycle. Improving platform resilience, monitoring, observability and operational performance. Driving automation and adopting AI-assisted engineering to improve efficiency. Working closely with software engineers, infrastructure specialists and support teams to continuously improve engineering standards. Influencing the future DevOps strategy and introducing new ideas that make a lasting difference. What we're looking for You'll have experience with most of the following: AWS Terraform Kubernetes (EKS would be advantageous) CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Docker, containers and Linux DevSecOps, SAST/DAST and cloud security best practices Monitoring, logging and observability platforms Agile software delivery environments Why join? Security requirements Due to the nature of the work, you'll need to be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
