Description

Role Description We are looking for a skilled and collaborative DevOps Engineer to support the development, deployment, and operation of reliable and scalable software solutions. The role focuses on improving engineering efficiency, automation, system reliability, and collaboration across development and operations teams. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, deployment, and infrastructure processes, and supporting efficient software delivery across development environments. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with software developers, testers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to identify operational requirements, resolve technical issues, and improve system performance and reliability. The role also involves managing and monitoring cloud or on-premises infrastructure, implementing infrastructure as code, maintaining deployment and configuration standards, and supporting application availability and scalability. The successful candidate will contribute to automation initiatives, strengthen system observability and security, and continuously improve development and operational practices. Qualifications Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and software development lifecycle processes. Proficiency with CI/CD concepts and tools for automated build, testing, and deployment. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools such as Terraform or Ansible is preferred. Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, system administration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, and system observability practices. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git and Git-based workflows. Awareness of security, access control, and DevSecOps principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Proactive mindset with a strong focus on automation, reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
