Software Developer (React) | Up to CAD $200k + Bonus | Elite FinTech | Montreal (Hybrid) I'm currently working with an elite FinTech firm that's looking to hire experienced React Developers to build high-performance web applications used in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting. Role: Software Developer (React) Industry: Elite FinTech Compensation: Up to CAD $200k + bonus Location: Montreal (Hybrid) What you'll be doing: Developing fast, responsive, and intuitive front-end applications that deliver a seamless user experience. Building scalable web platforms with performance, reliability, and low-latency requirements at the forefront. Working closely with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to turn ideas and business requirements into production-ready features. Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to a robust codebase designed for long-term scalability and growth. What we're looking for: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong commercial experience developing production-grade applications using React and the wider React ecosystem. Full-stack development experience is beneficial. Experience with Python is a plus. Previous exposure to trading or FinTech is advantageous but not required. A genuine interest in technology and a desire to keep up with modern frameworks, tools, and engineering best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering team.
