Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. MUST be in Cincinnati, OH area. This position is Full Time onsite. Responsibilities Develop quality software and web applications Analyze and maintain existing software applications Design highly scalable, testable code Discover and fix programming bugs Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years professional software engineering / full-stack development experience Required: 1+ year with Python and VBA. 1+ year with relational and non-relational databases (MS SQL and MongoDB preferred) Experience with Git Hands-on experience with application testing, security practices, or compliance Ability to work in small teams (closely with 1 developer) Experience in PowerBI/DAX Preferred not required: Experience with C or C++ Ability to code in JavaScript or React/Next.js FastAPI or MCP experience Docker/Kubernetes, FluxCD, GitLab or GitHub Familiarity with CAD software
