Java Developer We are hiring a Java Developer! We are looking for a skilled technical leader to design scalable backend solutions and mentor our engineering team. If you have 7+ years of experience and deep expertise in Java 17 and Spring Boot, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do Build Solutions: Design and implement robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. Lead Design: Drive the technical architecture of new features and complex enhancements. Mentor Engineers: Coordinate, guide, and mentor other Java developers on the team. Ensure Quality: Conduct code reviews, establish standards, and drive testing practices. Collaborate Daily: Partner closely with Solution Architects, BAs, QA, and DevOps engineers. Own Delivery: Support CI/CD pipelines, release activities, and second-line production support. What We Look For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience.
