More than 5 years of proven experience in Python development; Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services; Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG); Experience with message brokers, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar; Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven architectures; Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment; Fluency in English (mandatory). What will you do? Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python; Build and integrate AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG; Design and implement asynchronous, event-driven architectures using message brokers; Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decisions, system architecture, and code quality; Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment; Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
