What you'll own Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js / Next.js . Build and maintain efficient back-end services and APIs using Python / FastAPI . Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack. Support deployment and monitoring of applications. Stay updated with new web development trends and best practices. Work with project management to meet timelines and quality standards. What we're looking for Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent — fresh graduates welcome. 1–3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role. Hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI for backend development. Hands-on experience with React.js and/or Next.js for frontend development. Understanding of RESTful API design and development. Knowledge of relational databases ( PostgreSQL, MySQL ) and SQL queries. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork in English and Vietnamese . Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Nice to have Experience with TypeScript . Familiarity with SQLAlchemy ORM and Pydantic. Knowledge of Docker and containerization. Experience with Git and GitHub workflows. Understanding of authentication mechanisms ( JWT, OAuth ). Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
