DevOps Engineer – AWS Infrastructure & Secure File Transfer

Responsibilities Monitor forecast processing workflows, accuracy reporting, automated email services, and related system health indicators. Assist with onboarding, validation, migration, and support of forecast assets Participate in service ticket resolution, incident response, change management, release coordination, and customer support workflows. Administer and support AWS-hosted workloads, including EC2 instances, ECS services, Lambda functions, S3 storage, CloudWatch monitoring, and related cloud resources. Support deployment pipelines, DevOps handoff processes, release validation, and post-deployment monitoring. Contribute to AWS modernization, cloud hygiene, cost awareness, reliability, and application support improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain integrations with PostgreSQL databases, forecast historians, SFTP services, and legacy database systems. Support ETL abstraction, data pipeline standardization, and process automation initiatives. Assist with STP onboarding, user provisioning and deprovisioning, SSH key management, directory structures, and secure customer data transfer processes.
