Python Developer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend solutions using Python Build, enhance, and support ETL/data pipelines Automate existing data ingestion and conversion processes Support the migration and integration of historical voice data into enterprise systems Process and transform large-scale datasets using PySpark/Spark Develop solutions for data processing, ingestion, and workflow automation Troubleshoot pipeline and platform issues and improve system stability Support technical and network-related upgrades Occasionally contribute to APIs and microservices Collaborate closely with Data Science and engineering teams Work independently to manage assigned deliverables and priorities Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate technical risks or issues Partner with the Tech Lead to design and implement reliable solutions Qualifications: Targeting approximately 3–5+ years of relevant experience Candidates with 5+ years of directly relevant experience are preferred Priority is given to hands-on experience with Python, AWS, ETL, PySpark, and SQL rather than total years of experience Highly experienced candidates may be considered, provided their background and compensation expectations align with the role Strong professional experience developing in Python Hands-on experience with AWS Strong ETL and data pipeline development experience Strong PySpark experience Solid SQL skills Strong backend engineering fundamentals Experience with data ingestion, processing, transformation, or automation Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AWS Glue Experience with Apache Spark Experience with Snowflake Experience with asyncio/asynchronous processing API or microservices development experience Experience working with large-scale data ingestion or conversion Data engineering background Familiarity with data modeling concepts Experience supporting production systems and improving reliability
