Role : Core Java Developer Location : Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC Job Description: Senior Core Java Developer Spring Boot Banking Payments US Banking Domain Domain US Banking Payments Design development and support enterprise grade applications using Core Java Spring Boot Microservices and REST APIs Build and enhance high-volume US payment processing platforms supporting critical banking transactions Develop solutions for payment rails including ACH Fedwire RTP RealTime Payments SWIFT and card payment processing Collaborate with business operations and compliance teams to deliver solutions aligned with US banking regulations and standards Design scalable secure and highly available backend services capable of handling large transaction volumes Implement event driven architectures using Kafka JMS or other messaging technologies Integrate payment applications with core banking systems payment gateways and thirdparty financial institutions Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle SQL Server or PostgreSQL Ensure compliance with security standards including PCIDSS OAuth2 JWT SSLTLS and data encryption Work on payment lifecycle processes including authorization clearing settlement reconciliation and exception handling Participate in architecture design reviews code reviews and performance optimization initiatives Support production environments troubleshoot critical payment issues and ensure SLA adherence Work in Agile Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning estimation and release activities Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex banking payment initiatives Strong understanding of US Banking and Financial Services domain including payment regulations transaction processing risk controls and customer facing banking applications Required Skills Core Java, Java 8 11 17 Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs Kafka Oracle SQL Server Docker Kubernetes Jenkins Git ACH Fedwire RTP SWIFT PCIDSS US Banking Payments Domain Skills Mandatory Skills : Java, Java Spring Boot LTIMindtr ee is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
