Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automations and intelligent agent solutions for clients. Build, test, and maintain scalable software applications with a strong focus on performance and reliability. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Support customers throughout implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and APIs. Produce clear technical documentation for implementations, integrations, and support processes. Continuously enhance existing solutions while identifying opportunities to introduce new AI-driven capabilities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in software development. Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript . Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices. Experience working with AI technologies, frameworks, or automation platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with AI or Machine Learning frameworks and platforms. Experience developing workflow automation or intelligent process automation solutions. Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience building integrations between business systems. Previous experience in a client-facing technical or customer support role.
