Back End Developer

Position: Senior Java Backend Developer-Gen AI Location: Phoenix, Arizona Experience: 8+ Years Required Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience . Strong hands-on Java backend development experience. Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch . Experience building microservices and REST APIs . Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, caching, multithreading, fault tolerance, and performance optimization . Hands-on experience with Kafka or Kafka Streams . Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra . Experience with JUnit, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD . Experience with Docker and modern deployment environments. Strong communication, problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
