Java Spring Boot Developer_5+years

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture . The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, good problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments , and a solid understanding of relational databases. Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. Strong experience with Java 11 or above. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services. Implement business logic following clean coding and design best practices. Work with MySQL/relational databases and write efficient SQL queries. Perform application deployment, troubleshooting, and production support in Unix/Linux environments. Write unit tests and ensure high code quality and reliability. Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices. Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues. Required Skills Java 11+ Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs Maven Unix/Linux SQL MySQL – preferably MySQL Community Server 8.x Strong understanding of backend development and object-oriented programming. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito. Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices. Good to Have Experience with JPOS Drivers. Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization. Experience with Docker. Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices. Experience working in payment/transaction processing environments.
