Python Backend Developer

Location: Pan India Experience: 5–7 Years About The Role We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python 3, Flask or FastAPI, RESTful APIs, and microservices . The role focuses on developing scalable, maintainable backend applications while collaborating with frontend and backend teams and following modern software engineering practices. Job Description The role involves developing and maintaining backend applications using Python 3 and libraries such as Pandas, Marshmallow, and SMOREST . You will design and implement RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI and write unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability. The position also requires working with cloud technologies and microservices following 12-factor application principles . You will troubleshoot existing modules, enhance functionality, refactor and debug code, and contribute to clean, reusable, and maintainable software development. Key Responsibilities Develop backend applications using Python 3 Build RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI Work with Python libraries including Pandas, Marshmallow, and SMOREST Design and develop scalable microservices following 12-factor principles Write and maintain unit tests using Python Develop clean, reusable, readable, and maintainable code Troubleshoot, debug, refactor, and enhance existing application modules Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to deliver application features Required Skills Python 3 Django Flask FastAPI RESTful API design and principles Python libraries including Pandas, Marshmallow, and SMOREST Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Microservices architecture 12-factor application principles Unit testing with Python Cloud technologies Code debugging, refactoring, and enhancement Good to Have DevOps practices Kubernetes Mandatory Skills CI/CD Architecture Django Flask Python Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of backend development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Flask/Django, REST APIs, and microservices .
