1. Data We Collect: We collect your email address for account authentication and usage notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. Payment Processing: We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
3. Usage Logs: We log API requests (IP address, endpoint accessed) to monitor performance and prevent abuse. These logs are retained for 30 days.
1. Service Usage: TechJobsData provides an API for accessing job listing data. Free users are limited to 20 requests/day. Paid users are limited to 1,000 requests/day. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt to bypass rate limits or scrape our service aggressively.
2. Payments & Subscription: Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers who are unsatisfied with the API accuracy. After 7 days, or for subsequent billing cycles, we generally do not offer refunds, but exceptions may be made for technical failures on our end. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
4. Data Accuracy: We aggregate data from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every job listing is still active at the exact moment of retrieval. The service is provided "as is".
