1. Service Usage: TechJobsData provides an API for accessing job listing data. Free users are limited to 20 requests/day. Paid users are limited to 1,000 requests/day. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt to bypass rate limits or scrape our service aggressively.
2. Payments & Subscription: Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers who are unsatisfied with the API accuracy. 4. Data Accuracy: We aggregate data from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every job listing is still active at the exact moment of retrieval. The service is provided "as is".
